Reservation policy and house rules

• Guests at Villa Pavlina are required to observe the house rules.
• The VP Apartments have the right to always check compliance with the house rules.
• If guests cause damage to the house or furnishings, they must pay for the damage and any loss of income due to the damage.
• Payments must be made in advance, even when guests extend their stay.
• Guests can cancel their reservation at least 14 days before arrival. Otherwise, the full stay will be charged.
• The apartments can be used from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
• Please do not make noise from 22:00 in the evening until 08:00 in the morning.
• VP Apartments is not responsible for any injuries caused to guests.
• VP Apartments is not responsible for guests’ money or personal belongings.
• Smoking is not allowed in VP Apartments.
• Any possession or use of narcotics, weapons, and flammable or explosive substances in the VP apartments is prohibited.
• Guests are expected to be courteous and respectful to other guests.
• Persons other than guests of the VP Apartments are not permitted.
• No equipment (mattresses, towels, etc.) may be taken from the apartments.
• Towels may not be used to clean floors, tables, shoes, etc.
• In case of damage, non-working or damaged equipment in the apartment, please inform us.
• The apartment will be left undamaged in the same condition as before arrival.
• Please turn off all electrical appliances in the kitchen – cooker, cooker hood, TV, air conditioning, ventilation in the bathrooms, and lights – when leaving the apartment.
